Welcome to FarsiNama. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our streaming application available exclusively on the Roku platform. By accessing or using FarsiNama, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

1. About FarsiNama

FarsiNama is a digital streaming service offering Persian-language movies, TV series, and live television channels. The application is available exclusively in the United States and Canada, and is intended only for Persian-speaking users residing in these two countries. Access from other countries is restricted and not supported.

The FarsiNama service is offered solely through Roku devices. We do not provide access through our website, mobile applications, or any other digital platform. FarsiNama does not host user-generated content and does not provide any functionality for user uploads, comments, or content submissions.
